CD-R King Dual Core 7" Tablet Review FP-020-VE
Battery life: As advertised, roughly around 3-4 hours depending on usage. Probably lasts for about 3-5 days on standby, but expect to lose about 50% charge if you leave it on standby for that long.
Gaming with Shadowgun: Deadzone, it last about 2.5 hours. The same is true with Dead Trigger.
For browsing, it can last around 3 hours and can probably make the 4 hour mark on lower brightness settings.
I initially bought this for PHP 3580 from CD-R King a month ago (around 80 USD), but now it's being sold for PHP 2990 (around 70 USD).
Specs:
Arm Cortex A9 Dual Core 1.6 ghz
Mali 400 MP GPU
Android 4.1.1 Jellybean
800x480 Capacitive Touchscreen
1 gig ddr 3 ram
4 gig Nand Flash
2800 mAh battery
DC Jack, mini hdmi port, micro usb port, earphone jack
I tried using this and the performance is really good and the multitasking is also great, but you can notice the lagging when you're continuously using more than 5 applications on the same time.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your experience with this tablet. I noticed that too. Google Chrome and Facebook tend to crash and take a few seconds to load up if I'm also playing ShadowGun: Deadzone and playing movies/opening a file explorer.
DeleteThat aside, it's still better than a majority of china tabs out there, I think. Especially at this price range.
Nice info Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteI have brought same device for only 1,280 as a promo with free mini keyboard. I am using it to read my ebooks and watching movies It's a great device. My rate for this tablet scale from 1 to 10 I'll rate it 8 reason the tablet response little slow when working with facebook but other stuff are ok.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's been two years since this tablet first came out, so it should be pretty cheap today. I didin't like the Facebook app ever since they introduced a separate messenger app, so I just use firefox or dolphin to access my FB page.
DeletePersonally, I'm using a CM superion probe right now. It works great for watching anime, playing games and surfing the net in general. Only problem I have is that it's not OTG compatible and thus, I can't use my usb controller on it for emulation. Fortunately, it's got bluetooth and can be made to work with a PS3 sixaxis controller.
